I want to report a serious concern with Learning of Leadership Enterprises's product that I purchased on November 15, 1982 from your East Bethel, Washington store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ignatius J., but my issue remains unresolved.
