Value Spot Now Holdings provided defective product

On April 16, 2003, I signed up for Value Spot Now Holdings's return process at their New Nanniefurt, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $145.54, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marcella J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
