Hidden fees discovered from Choice Retail

On June 30, 2018, I signed up for Choice Retail's repair service at their South Sierra, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $731.92, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Orlo W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
