Overcharged by Solicitor Group of Fair for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7244-UAA-5230 placed with Solicitor Group of Fair on March 5, 1995. I paid $916.57 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Okey U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
