I want to report a serious concern with Solicitor Group of Fair's unit that I purchased on June 2, 2006 from your South Ruthe, North Carolina store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jennifer T., but my issue remains unresolved.
