I want to report a serious concern with Secure-Pulse Suwon's equipment that I purchased on February 29, 1976 from your East Lisandro, New Hampshire store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Justina A., but my issue remains unresolved.
