On November 14, 1971, I signed up for NexusHyper's upgrade service at their South Missourihaven, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $77.49, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Delbert G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
