On May 26, 1985, I signed up for Law & Firm's installation service at their East Kelleychester, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $177.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Troy Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
