Unsatisfactory resolution from Excel Class of Training Corp.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4829-GMJ-8329 placed with Excel Class of Training Corp. on August 23, 2007. I paid $806.84 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Helene I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
