Royal Properties refused to address issue

On September 26, 2024, I signed up for Royal Properties's return process at their Caseyfort, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $627.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Oscar Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
