Overcharged by Royal Properties for service

On August 18, 1983, I signed up for Royal Properties's return process at their Luettgenport, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $749.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marty G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
