I am writing regarding order #ORD-8767-RES-9442 placed with Wellness Specialists Manchester on June 11, 2002. I paid $369.78 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hazle T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
