Hidden fees discovered from Prestige Residence

On June 2, 2023, I signed up for Prestige Residence's setup assistance at their North Edwin, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $494.14, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Daphney E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
