I have been a loyal customer of ModernShoppe for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-6614-RRO-1741) on August 5, 2005, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
