Refund refused by Mind School Pak Kret Ltd.

On March 25, 1973, I signed up for Mind School Pak Kret Ltd.'s return process at their East Abigail, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $778.79, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marquise O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
