I have been a loyal customer of Classic Estates for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-8912-IFA-7195) on May 2, 2010, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
