Expert Advocate Practice refused to address issue

On December 25, 2023, I signed up for Expert Advocate Practice's consultation at their Elfriedahaven, Texas location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $701.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ola Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
