False promises made by Emporium & Express representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5796-ECQ-3765 placed with Emporium & Express on August 26, 2009. I paid $680.75 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Layla K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
