Unresolved issue with Law, Law & Consultants product

I want to report a serious concern with Law, Law & Consultants's system that I purchased on August 30, 1992 from your West Kiel, Arkansas store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Garrison J., but my issue remains unresolved.
