Unsatisfactory resolution from Law, Law & Consultants

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2143-KIR-2411 placed with Law, Law & Consultants on October 4, 2008. I paid $850.71 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marjolaine T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
