Warranty claim denied by Choice Services Enterprises

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2219-BVU-5208 placed with Choice Services Enterprises on April 17, 2021. I paid $788.17 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Zachary X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
