Quality issues with Rights Group Holdings product

On December 31, 1974, I signed up for Rights Group Holdings's delivery service at their Wizafort, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $453.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Idella J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
