I have been a loyal customer of Deal & Plus Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-7288-GRN-9858) on September 3, 1980, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
