On February 20, 1986, I signed up for CloudPulse Applications Querétaro's technical assistance at their Ziemannton, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $466.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Piper S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
