Unsatisfactory resolution from Deal & Avenue Khon Kaen

On May 2, 1977, I signed up for Deal & Avenue Khon Kaen's customer support at their Lake Omari, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $28.0, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Agnes C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
