I am writing regarding order #ORD-2239-NQU-5187 placed with Care Wellness on February 6, 1983. I paid $350.61 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Caleb L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
