Misleading advertising by Med Clinic LLC

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3480-EHR-7763 placed with Med Clinic LLC on May 20, 1982. I paid $746.82 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Darrel U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
