On January 18, 2008, I signed up for Elite Residence LLC's warranty service at their West Leonardo, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $755.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tate Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
