Delayed delivery from Smart Solutions

On December 20, 1995, I signed up for Smart Solutions's warranty service at their Faystad, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $732.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kathryn K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
