False promises made by Net-Code representative

On July 24, 1995, I signed up for Net-Code's customer support at their Lake Macberg, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $930.56, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lesley D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
