Frustrated with Advance Learning of Foundation's lack of response

On October 17, 2007, I signed up for Advance Learning of Foundation's warranty service at their Pollichtown, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $997.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Karlie Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
