Domain Consultants Depok refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6466-GQN-3756 placed with Domain Consultants Depok on April 4, 2013. I paid $851.20 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Angus Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
