Community of Golden refused to address issue

I purchased a service from Community of Golden on August 4, 1973. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Barrett J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
