Unresolved issue with Advanced Works Contractors product

On October 10, 2004, I signed up for Advanced Works Contractors's customer support at their Lake Octaviaton, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $299.47, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maudie A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
