Overcharged by Dynamic-Construction for service

On October 20, 1974, I signed up for Dynamic-Construction's customer support at their Erdmanton, Maine location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $938.14, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vesta X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
