I purchased a unit from Wisdom Tutoring of Growth Inc. on April 6, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rubye U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
