On July 8, 2004, I signed up for Natural Fare Group's customer support at their North Merlin, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $504.0, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maude S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
