I purchased a solution from The Advanced Medical Foundation on December 7, 1988. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Reed Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
