I am writing regarding order #ORD-6605-DJU-5272 placed with Tech Networks on February 20, 2009. I paid $811.28 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Prudence O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
