Warranty claim denied by Market & Place

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5069-EZY-5653 placed with Market & Place on December 5, 1996. I paid $455.40 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bernadette I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
