I have been a loyal customer of Scholars of Training for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-4844-PSR-7881) on January 26, 2014, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
