University of Growth Ltd. provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6243-CZC-3038 placed with University of Growth Ltd. on January 4, 1972. I paid $781.94 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bailey U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
