Warranty claim denied by HyperCode

I purchased a solution from HyperCode on March 20, 1977. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Alana P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
