Misleading advertising by Table Restaurants Ltd.

On January 4, 2018, I signed up for Table Restaurants Ltd.'s exchange program at their Ziemannton, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $724.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Andre A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
