Billing dispute with Expert-Renovations Dubai

On June 20, 1998, I signed up for Expert-Renovations Dubai's upgrade service at their Olsonberg, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $628.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leo M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
