I want to report a serious concern with Professional Justice Group Hougang's item that I purchased on January 26, 2008 from your Powlowskimouth, South Dakota store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Morris E., but my issue remains unresolved.
