Misleading advertising by Professional Justice Group Hougang

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3071-NTW-5971 placed with Professional Justice Group Hougang on October 14, 1974. I paid $591.46 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lonny I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
