Fair Rights Group provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3589-VTM-6006 placed with Fair Rights Group on July 5, 2003. I paid $901.3 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Conor P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
