Misleading advertising by Solid Design Company Ltd.

On April 26, 1996, I signed up for Solid Design Company Ltd.'s consultation at their Derekview, California location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $365.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sedrick U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
