Hidden fees discovered from Chef & Kitchens Ltd.

On July 27, 2024, I signed up for Chef & Kitchens Ltd.'s customer support at their Kentonstad, Montana location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $633.52, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Arlo L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
